Frequently asked Questions

Buying Original Paintings & Drawings

I have placed my order. When should I expect my artwork?

Once you place your order, it will be processed and shipped within 3–7 working days.

Depending on the framing and packing service, it might take a little longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Artworks are sent with FedEx, DHL, or a local mail service and require a signature on delivery.

Delivery times: Europe, approximately, up to 2 weeks; - rest of the world, up to 3 weeks.

Any holdups at customs in the receiving country are out of my control, and any associated customs fees will be at the expense of the customer.

How will my artwork be shipped?

Paintings and framed artworks will be packaged carefully and shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box to make their journey as safe as possible as they travel from the studio to your home.

Drawings and unframed, smaller artworks will be shipped, protected, and stored in art shipping sleeves, a high-quality cardboard sleeve designed for shipping flat artwork.

Oversized artwork will be rolled and sent in a tube.

This method is better for oversized works, as it provides lower shipping costs. Rolled works can be easily stretched (canvas works) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival.

Works on paper should go directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are based on the item's size, weight, and destination.

Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments; it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such fees.

Can I visit your studio & collect art myself?

Yes, you are very welcome to visit my studio upon appointment.

See the artwork for yourself or collect it directly from my studio.

For larger artworks (100 cm or more in width), please ensure you have adequate space in your car.

Can I return an artwork if it isn't quite right?

Please check out my return policy here for details.

What does "copyright" mean?

Please respect and be aware that I hold all rights to all my artwork. This includes sold and unsold originals, commissions, and prints. I do not permit my artwork to be resold or reproduced for profit without my written permission. I retain the right to reproduce any piece of artwork I make.
